The production capabilities at PFC include:

 Hot Rolling...

 From ground slabs or plate. Finished products range from a
 thickness of 0.030" to 2.00", widths up to 48" and lengths up to
 120". Cross rolling in longitudinal and transverse directions
 provides superior properties and formability.

 Continuous Annealing...

 Gas-fired roller hearth furnaces anneal plate, sheet and bar,
 with widths up to 70". Water quenching is available.

 Box Annealing...

 Nitrogen atmosphere; temperatures closely controlled to 1800
 degrees max.

 Batch Pickling...

 Specify Kolene, sulfuric acid, nitric hydrofluoric acid or water
 rinses.

 Descaling...

 Wheelabrating/shot blasting of plate, slab, billet and bar
 products.

 Roller Flattening...

 Gauges from 0.015" to 2", depending on alloy. 
 Max width: 60".  Max length: 190".

 Stretcher Leveling...

 Gauges from 0.013" to 0.30", depending on alloy. 
 Max width: 60".  Max length: 190".

 Shearing, Sawing, Laser and Water Jet Cutting...

 Material gauge, width and length varies by equipment.

 Polishing...

 Hand grinders are used to remove small defects;
 belt grinder polishes sheet and plate up to 50" wide.
